Arriva says its app offers the full range of singles, Day, Weekly, 4-Weekly, and Annual Saver tickets throughout the UK, with student and child versions in most areas. SolCard fits whether you are loading one commute or paying for a longer prepaid pass in one go.

Most Arriva m-tickets can be purchased in advance and only start when you press Activate in the app. That is useful for planning travel ahead, although Arriva notes that some tickets such as student term products have fixed activation and expiry dates.

Arriva's official help pages say online ticket payments are made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, and American Express is excluded. Arriva does not list a native crypto option, so SolCard is the route that keeps you inside the payment methods Arriva already supports.

Arriva says m-tickets are valid on Arriva bus services throughout the UK except Transport for London services, and they are generally operator-specific unless a ticket says otherwise. SolCard is useful when you already know you need an Arriva fare rather than a wider multi-operator pass.

Arriva normally limits one m-ticket to one handset, but it makes specific exceptions for duo tickets and Family tickets covering up to 5 people with a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children. SolCard can handle those higher-value group ticket checkouts in one payment.

Arriva says website, app, and debit-card refunds usually come back within 3 to 5 working days, while cash refunds take longer and paper tickets must be posted in for processing. For bus contactless payments, Arriva says receipts are no longer printed and payment history is checked online through its Littlepay portal.
