Pay inside the KrispCall dashboard
Log in to app.krispcall.com, open Plan Subscription, Credit, or My Numbers, choose the KrispCall purchase you need, and complete the normal card payment with SolCard. Enterprise upgrades and some add-ons may move to a sales or external billing flow instead of self-serve checkout.
Why SolCard fits KrispCall's telecom billing model
KrispCall's self-serve plans are priced per user: Essential is $15 monthly or $12 on annual billing, Standard is $40 monthly or $32 annually, and added agents are billed at the plan rate. If you upgrade mid-cycle, KrispCall says it charges the prorated price difference instead of rebilling the full plan.
Each user gets one free UK local or mobile number or one local number in the US or Canada, but extra countries, types, and inventory usually mean paid number purchases. KrispCall also notes that some countries need carrier documents and that certain number requests can stay pending or be rejected during review.
KrispCall separates subscription fees from telecom usage. Outbound calls, SMS, MMS, and voicemails can draw from workspace credit, and admins can buy credit manually or set auto-recharge thresholds so active sales or support lines do not stall.
Your workspace can renew monthly or annually, but phone numbers carry their own monthly rental fees and some add-on subscriptions are managed outside the standard in-app plan. That makes payment method reliability matter more here than it does with a flat SaaS subscription.
KrispCall ties full calling and messaging access to verification. Without identity verification, the help center says workspaces face SMS, talk-time, concurrent-call, and number-purchase limits, while US messaging can require A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification before campaigns run normally.
KrispCall gives a 14-day window for eligible plan and downgrade refund requests, but it excludes loaded credit, call, text, and voicemail charges, extra members, mid-cycle cancellations, and assigned numbers. That is useful to know before prepaying annually or loading a large communication balance.

About KrispCall
KrispCall sells cloud phone system subscriptions, extra user seats, virtual phone numbers, and telecom credits through its web app. Customers typically pay for Essential or Standard plans, add agents to a workspace, buy local, mobile, or toll-free numbers, top up credit for outbound calls and SMS, or move to Enterprise through a sales-assisted flow. SolCard lets you use crypto for KrispCall's standard card billing when you want to fund telecom subscriptions and usage from your wallet.
KrispCall billing and payment FAQ
KrispCall's public pricing FAQ lists Stripe credit-card payments and says PayPal is coming soon, while its terms describe card and bank-account payment methods. It does not advertise native cryptocurrency checkout, so SolCard is the practical way to pay KrispCall with crypto while KrispCall still receives a standard card payment.
