TikTok lets users in supported countries buy Coin packages directly at tiktok.com/coin. That gives you a TikTok-run checkout for topping up the balance used for Gifts and other eligible virtual item spending.

TikTok says Coin purchases made in the app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, while the web coin page uses TikTok's own checkout flow. SolCard is most useful on TikTok-operated payment pages rather than trying to bypass each mobile store's billing rules.

TikTok documents Coins as prepaid virtual items, and its Promote help says eligible Promote orders can also be paid with rechargeable Coins. A single top-up can therefore cover gifting and certain promotion spend from the same wallet balance.

TikTok's virtual items policy says unused or unredeemed Coins, Gifts, and Diamonds are canceled immediately with no refund if an account is canceled or terminated. SolCard makes it easier to fund only what you expect to use.

Promote is only available for eligible public videos, requires you to be at least 18, and needs a Creator or Business account. TikTok also says unused Promote spend can be refunded automatically, often back to Promote Balance depending on the device and payment route.
